Pennsylvania’s Americana Region, the Destination Marketing Organization for Reading and Berks County, is thrilled to announce three of its partners, the Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles, Koziar’s Christmas Village, and the Kutztown Folk Festival, are American Bus Association* 2024 Best of the Best (*ABA) award recipients.
The ABA honors travel and tourism sites across the country in seven categories; Adventure, Culture, Entertainment, Festivals & Events, Food & Beverage, Lodging, and Shopping. Those recognized by the ABA consistently go above and beyond industry standards to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to visitors. Their commitment to excellence highlights a destination’s vital role in connecting people and places in the group travel industry.
Margo DeRouchie, National Sales Director for Pennsylvania’s Americana Region, nominated the organization’s winning partners. “I’m always excited when our local events and attractions earn this prestigious designation,” stated DeRouchie. ”
As a 2024 Best of the Best recipient, they will attract the attention of tour operators who understand the value these locations offer their customers. Their recognition will help to promote Berks County to visitors, which ultimately benefits everyone.”
